According to a report from the conservative government watchdog group Judicial Watch, ISIS is operating at least two camps in Mexico that are within miles of the U.S. border.
Citing Mexican military and government sources, the report details two different camps that, if true, are operating startlingly close to American soil.
ISIS is operating a camp just a few miles from El Paso, Texas, according to Judicial Watch sources that include a Mexican Army field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector.
