West Point Professor Says Anti-War Legal Scholars “Should Be Attacked As Enamy Combatants”

Lunatics in America aren’t just in Washington. London Guardian national security editor Spencer Ackerman explained West Point Law Professor William Bradford claims “legal scholars critical of the war on terrorism represent a ‘treasonous’ fifth column that should be attacked as enemy combatants.”

He wants them, their home offices, law schools where they teach and media outlets interviewing them targeted like radical Islamists – “even if it means great destruction, innumerable enemy casualties, and civilian collateral damage,” he wrote in an academic paper.

“Shocking and extreme as this option might seem, (dissenting) scholars, and the law schools that employ them, are – at least in theory – targetable so long as attacks are proportional, distinguish noncombatants from combatants, employ nonprohibited weapons, and contribute to the defeat of Islamism,” he claimed.

America’s First Black President is a traitor to his race and also to justice.

Obama has permitted the corrupt US Department of Justice (sic), over which he wields authority, to overturn the ruling of a US Federal Court of Appeals that prisoners sentenced illegally to longer terms than the law permits must be released once the legal portion of their sentence is served.

The DOJ, devoid of all integrity, compassion, and sense of justice, said that “finality” of conviction was more important than justice.

The concept of “finality” was an invention of a harebrained Republican conservative academic lionized by the Republican Federalist Society. In years past conservatives believed—indeed, still do—that the criminal justice system coddles criminals by allowing too many appeals against their unlawful convictions.

The appeals were granted by judges who thought that the system was supposed to serve justice, but conservatives demonized justice as something that enabled criminals.

A succession of Republican presidents turned the US Supreme Court into an organization that only serves the interests of private corporations. Justice is nowhere in the picture.

Military And U.S. Agents Patrolling Texas Streets Asking Mysterious Questions

In the first video below, you’ll learn that there seems to be some developments on the DHS and FEMA Mobile Command Centers we spotted in Texas last week at a Federal Express Terminal.

In the second video is footage of when the Mobile Command Centers first showed up.

 When we first inquired, we were told the units were just there for storage, yet less than a week later, the Command Centers are driving the streets of Texas, and squads of agents are are going door-to-door asking residents about storm damage.

 D.H.S.? Storm Damage? I don’t think so.

Worse, is these agents are asking in areas that have not been hit by storms. What are these agents really doing? Why are they going door-to-door?

U.N. Troops Are Conductive Massive Military Exercises Domestically With U.S. Military

The majority of our service members who will be called upon in times of emergency may realize what is happening and refuse to negate their oaths to the U.S. Constitution when push comes to shove.

But foreign “peace keepers” deployed under the U.N banner will have no such convictions. They’realready here and they are getting ready… for you.

America’s Very Survival Depends On Stopping Jade Helm 

How long  before Jade Helm 15 goes live to martial law?

Everywhere you look, if you just pay attention, you can see that preparations and conditions are escalating at an exponential rate for something massive.

What will be the final catalyst that will have enough momentum and fear associated with it, that the door to martial law will be cracked open long just enough for overlord Obama to bum rush the throne, crown himself emperor of the universe, and finish dismantling what was once the United States? I think the final straw is going to come from one of three areas:

  1) perhaps the figurative levies on the global banking system will finally blow sending the masses into total hysteria?

  2) perhaps it will materialize through the prism of another senseless racial shooting causing the country to finally erupt into a race war and mass riots? 

3) finally, maybe one of the known 22 jihad training camps located throughout the united states that Eric Holder refused to look into will launch an attack here on the homeland.

Worse, maybe one of the first two scenarios occurs first, and then in the wake of the chaos the third one strikes?

Raider Focus: Military War Games Set To Include 650 Vehicles, Will Be Largest Military Convoy Seen In Colorado Since World War II 

 In what is being described as the largest military road convoy in Colorado since World War II, hundreds of Stryker armored vehicles and other military rigs will travel from Fort Carson to Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site for “combat training.”

The simulated war game known as Raider Focus will pack Colorado highways with military vehicles set to take off every half hour in 15 to 30 vehicle convoys for the up to four-hour trip.

“This is a big sign that something huge is going down, it’s just one thing after another, continuing to see all these military movements and activity….. tanks, equipment on train tracks, helicopters over residential neighbors, and now we have this in Colorado,” reported DAHBOO777 in the above video report.

Although the convoy is apparently only the first part of the war game, the driving on American highways is actually part of the training itself. “The move to Piñon Canyon is itself a training event,” Col. David Hodne told the Colorado Gazette.

Jade Helm And The American Massacre  

I’m prefacing my thoughts with this provocative title for a reason. What is being perpetrated on the American people is virtually a complete dissembling of everything they supposedly hold dear and will only lead to their ultimate destruction. A nationwide massacre of their infrastructure, personal rights and protection, and even livelihoods and food security is not only at stake, but now in progress.

Let me number my points.

Adolf Hitler knew quite well that in order to justify a military presence on civilian streets, you had to create a compelling reason for them to be there. Obama has studied Hitler’s playbook and has become an expert in Nazi-style domestic warfare.

The more I learn about Jade Helm, the less I know. The more I learn, the more frightening the details. Never before in the “peacetime” American history, has there been a series of military “exercises” this massive and so clouded in mystery.

It’s Official: Police Were Ordered To Stand Down And Let the Baltimore Riots Rage Out Of Control 

Up until now, there had been some unconfirmed reports that police in Baltimore had been ordered to “stand down” during the riots, but nobody had been willing to come forward and go on the record.  Now that has all changed.  Michael Lewis is the Sheriff of Wicomico County, Maryland and what he has to say is absolutely jaw dropping.  When he saw what was happening in Baltimore, he gathered up some of his fellow officers and drove down to the city to help.  But when he got there, he says that all of the police were being ordered not to take any action and to let the rioters destroy property.  Lewis made this astounding claim during a discussion on a Baltimore radio station…

A Maryland sheriff who traveled to Baltimore to help law enforcement stop Monday’s riots told 105.7 The Fan that he was stunned when officers alerted him of the orders to stand down.

Lewis says that he never heard the mayor give any particular orders, but he is very clear about the fact that the police were being instructed to “stand down” and to “let them destroy property“….
