America’s First Black President is a traitor to his race and also to justice.

Obama has permitted the corrupt US Department of Justice (sic), over which he wields authority, to overturn the ruling of a US Federal Court of Appeals that prisoners sentenced illegally to longer terms than the law permits must be released once the legal portion of their sentence is served.

The DOJ, devoid of all integrity, compassion, and sense of justice, said that “finality” of conviction was more important than justice.

The concept of “finality” was an invention of a harebrained Republican conservative academic lionized by the Republican Federalist Society. In years past conservatives believed—indeed, still do—that the criminal justice system coddles criminals by allowing too many appeals against their unlawful convictions.

The appeals were granted by judges who thought that the system was supposed to serve justice, but conservatives demonized justice as something that enabled criminals.

A succession of Republican presidents turned the US Supreme Court into an organization that only serves the interests of private corporations. Justice is nowhere in the picture.

Federal Government To Return Millions Of Dollars In Liberty Dollars Seized By Authorities In 2007

Millions of dollars’ worth of silver, gold, platinum and copper Liberty Dollar medallions and related property seized by federal authorities in 2007 will be returned to their owners, according to court documents.

The return of that property, however, is being delayed until all petitions filed seeking return of the property have been completely processed and any appeals finalized.

In documents filed Aug. 14 in U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina in Statesville by Acting U.S. Attorney Jill Westemoreland Rose, 265 of the 302 petitions filed for the return of property were approved.

The court documents indicate the government is willing to settle 27 petitions in part. Seven petitions have been denied, four are in question and one petition is to be refiled.

Another Court Says American Flag “Incites Violence!” 

Just earlier today I posted: Ninth Circuit Court rules American flags “unsafe” for schools. How the hell could a court Ok that?

I’ll say the same thing I said about the previous ruling: you pledge allegiance, or get the hell out! I will help you pack, and if you can’t afford a plane ticket, I’ll row your ass wherever you need to go.

This is not acceptable!

You chose to burn the flag or desecrate it, don’t do it around me, but that’s your right. Making me take down my flag is not your right. You want to “incite some violence?” come tell me I cannot display the red, white and blue.

What in god’s good name is happening in this country. These crazy liberals make up like 15% of the population… yet we keep letting them get away with the garbage!

Pentagon Bluntly Responds To Senator Cruz’s Jade Helm Inquiry 

Before you read the pentagon’s response to Senator Cruz inquiry about Jade Helm, I’d ask you to remember a few things:

First, this is not your grandfather’s united states military. The great generation that led us to victory in world war II are almost all gone, and reminiscent of Stalin's purge, Obama has not only gutted the military of over 300 of the highest ranking military officers, including but not limited to generals and admirals, but he has also decimated the military while arming federal agencies like d.H.S. To the hilt. Even a u.S. Federal judge has accused Obama of using the d.H.S. As his own private army!

This is the same pentagon that no longer consists of many former generals and admirals who have blatantly accused Obama of outright treason! This is the same pentagon that has ignored Admiral Lyons claims that Obama conspired with the enemy to have Chris Stevens kidnapped because Obama did not want it to get out that he was funneling 400 missiles through the embassy to the enemy! This is the same pentagon the a well known retired general has accused of being infected with the Muslim brotherhood, along with many other branches of government.

Here We Stand, At The Twilight’s Last Gleaming: “All Private Property Rights In The U.S. To Be Strategically Usurped”

These words are written past the midnight hour and I remember back to March 23, 2010 when Obamacare was signed into law at the 11th hour.  I remember it well; I was up almost all night, as it was around 11 pm that it was finished.  Never will I forget it: the injustice labeled first as a law, then as interstate commerce, then as a tax.  It was slipped under the noses of the people and slithered into the books.

The thoughts were such:

Never again could anyone actually be homeless/ a wanderer/ a “troubadour” and left to their own auspices…left be…now they were tethered to a system and enslaved by forced health care (one of the Communist Manifesto planks).

Chef Ticketed, Facing $2,000 Fine For Feeding Homeless In San Antonio 

Joan Cheever, founder of the nonprofit mobile food truck known as the Chow Train, was cited last Tuesday by San Antonio police officers for feeding the homeless in Maverick Park.

Cheever has been serving restaurant-quality meals to the city’s homeless population for the past 10 years, and has been profiled on Rachel Ray’s cooking show for her charitable efforts.

Over the years, police officers have passed by and waved as she fed homeless people, but last Tuesday night four bike-patrol officers stopped in the park and gave Cheever a ticket that carries a potential fine of $2,000. Cheever has a food permit for her mobile truck, but she was cited for transporting and serving the food from a vehicle other than that truck.

Respected Chinese Journalist Gets Seven Years Jail

Gao Yu is a rare type of journalist in China. She braved working outside of what’s considered mainstream media in China (that being state-controlled), and suffered for her work on more than one occasion.

Along with other prominent intellectuals, Gao spent 15 months in jail following the Tiananmen Square massacre of 1989. She spent a further five-and-a-half years in jail during in the 1990s for sending party documents, including a speech by then-Communist Party leader Jiang Zemin, to a Hong Kong newspaper, reports the BBC.
