What Will Putin Say At UN?

On September 2, Russia chairs the UN Security Council to supervise the work of the body for a whole month.

 At the end of the month, a special meeting will be conducted to discuss the problems of the Middle East and North Africa.

In September, the United Nations will discuss issues of preserving peace and showing resistance to terrorist groups.

Strangely enough, the Ukrainian crisis is not on the agenda.

U.S. Sends 250 Military Vehicles to Russian Border Including Abrams Tanks (Video)

Well, since Obama is officially our new dictator now that the TPP has passed, I guess he figured it was time to flex his military prowess. What a stud huh? A week or so ago, Putin threatened that any further economic actions by the United States against Russia would be met “in kind.”

My guess is when 250 military vehicles including Abrams Tanks show up on his doorstep, he’s not going  to take that very well. Crazy times we’re in. I no sooner got the post out today that George Soros is worried about World War III between the United States and China.

In the video below, you’ll see that this is the first time M1A2 Tanks have been moved by air within Europe, and the first time Abrams Tanks have fired at the Novo Selo Training Area in Bulgaria. The tanks are part of the European Activity Set, which is designed to support the U.S. Army’s Regionally Aligned Force.

The EAS enhances the capability of the RAF brigade and provides it the combat systems necessary to conduct unified land operations training alongside European allies and other partner nations in the region.

Training that strengthens the interoperability between allied armies, enhances trust, and strengthens the enduring relationships that are the foundation of security in the region.”

Obama Is Going Down - LaRouche 

Events of the last several days make it clear that President Obama is going down–and fast. His own Democratic Party defeated his free trade bill in the Senate by an unprecedented near-unanimous “no” vote on Tuesday. Although there is subsequent talk of a compromise on four killer amendments that were demanded by Senate Democrats, there is no certainty that the renewed effort will succeed; and the votes are not there in the House.

Obama’s despicable boycotting of the Moscow commemoration of the defeat of Hitler blew up in his face, as many world leaders, particularly from Asia, joined with President Putin in celebrating mankind’s victory over fascism 70 years ago.

The latest indication that Obama’s White House days are numbered, came yesterday, when sane U.S. institutional forces intervened, and Secretary of State John Kerry traveled to Sochi, Russia, for eight hours of talks with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov and President Putin. The intent of the talks was to de-escalate the British-Obama provocations against Russia before they reached the point of thermonuclear war.

Israeli Soldiers Describe How They “Shot Innocent Civilians Because They Were Bored” 

On July 12 of 2014 we reported that “after conducting countless sorties and bombing raids aimed at Hamas operatives in Gaza during the fifth day of Operation Protective Edge, but resulting in well over a hundred innocent civilian deaths in the past week, Israel, realizing it is not generating any brownie points with the international “humanitarian” media, finally did what it had threatened to do over the last few days – launch a ground assault.”

The ground assault promptly led to a mini-war in the Gaza Strip that left more than 2,100 Palestinians dead, of which 80% civilians, and reduced vast areas to rubble: a “war” which many speculated was a predetermined massacre by highly skilled, trained, and ethically drained Israeli soldiers who used civilians for target practice.

Inching Toward Conflict: US Navy To Escort Cargo Ships In Persian Gulf; Iran Refuses To Back Down 

Stocks took a nasty fall on Tuesday when Al Arabiya erroneously reported that Iran had captured a cargo ship with a crew of Americans on board. It also sent oil surging. Things promptly normalized when it was revealed that the “confiscated” ship was merely one with a Marshall Island flag, at which point its fate was quickly forgotten (it may still be held by Iran, or not). But one thing is certain: both Iran and the US are itching for a provocation, whether a direct one or the far more traditional false flag type.

Earlier today, Iran’s Navy Commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari said that presence of the 34th fleet of the Iranian Navy in the Gulf of Aden is in accordance with international law to protect Iranian trade vessels against pirates.

Quoted by Iran’s IRNA news agency, Sayyari, who was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a ceremony to mark the National Teacher’s Day, said that the Iranian Navy has maintained a continuous presence in the Gulf of Aden, Bab el-Mandeb Strait and western India since 2008 Sayyari.

Iran Literally Fired A Shot Across An American Ally’s Bow, But Obama Won’t Dump His Disastrous Deal 

What, if anything, would cause President Barack Obama to step away from the negotiating table with Iran?

This is the question I find myself pondering in light of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Navy Patrol’s unchecked act of aggression on Tuesday against America’s interests in the Straits of Hormuz – an act that in a sane world would in and of itself put an end to the president’s disastrous nuclear deal with Iran.

As of this writing, reports indicate that the Iranian Navy Patrol fired shots at and ultimately seized a commercial cargo ship, the M/V Maersk Tigris, which flies under the Marshall Islands flag. Some believe Iran was even targeting a U.S. vessel.

Syrian army seeks to regain control of Jisr al-Shughour

Irrespective of the historical symbolism of Jisr al-Shughour, which was one of the main Muslim Brotherhood strongholds in the 1980s, Jabhat al-Nusra taking control of the city two days ago constituted a breach in the on-the-ground scene in northern Syria that is connected to Turkey, as well as in central Syria, which represents a point of support and link between Syrian fighting groups.

This necessitates a re-evaluation and speedy study of the developments and the start of a military operation [to regain control of the city] that is more than just a “reaction,” according to a field source. The latter clarified that this operation went beyond the scope of the former operation prepared by the Syrian army to regain control of the city of Idlib, which Jabhat al-Nusra took control of.

US Combat Troops Prepare Ukraine For Escalated Aggression

U.S. Troops Arrive In Ukraine For Training Exercises 

About 300 US Army paratroopers have arrived in Ukraine for training exercises with national guard units, a move criticized by the Kremlin and eastern Ukraine’s Russia-backed separatist rebels.

The troops, from the Italy-based 173rd Airborne Brigade, are to spend several weeks training a total of about 900 Ukrainian national guardsmen.

Although Interior Minister Arsen Avakov had said the guardsman units could include the Azov Battalion, a far-right formation notorious for using an insignia used by many military units in Nazi Germany, U.S. Embassy spokesman James Hallock said Azov fighters would not be among those trained.

Saudi Terror-Bombing Massacres Dozens Of Yemeni Schoolchildren

Saudi warplanes target US intelligence-designated sites. Civilian men, women and children are considered fair game. They suffer most in all wars.

Deliberately targeting them is longstanding US policy – a shocking war crime by any standard.

Tuesday was the latest example. Reports indicate Saudi warplanes struck a populated Ma’rib area. A local source said dozens of defenseless schoolchildren were massacred in cold blood.

The exact number of dead and wounded isn’t known. The source indicated massive Saudi terror-bombing killed dozens.

Obama’s Rape Of Yemen

Civilians suffer most in all wars. Yemen is no exception. Sanaa is becoming a ghost town.

One shopkeeper said “(t)here are very few people left here. Everyone has fled, and those who have stayed live alone without their families.”

“So hardly anyone comes to buy anything anymore.Now I’m lucky if I make $20 a day.”

“How can I pay my rent or even my electricity bills? If the situation stays like this then I’m sure I’ll be out of business within days.”

According to Yemeni Post editor-in-chief Hakin al-Masmari, “(a)t the beginning they were targeting only Sanaa, so people were fleeing to the provinces.”
